Connect ChatGPT to Monita

ChatGPT supports MCP servers through connectors. Once added, Monita’s tools are available in conversations and deep research.

1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors and enable Developer mode (required for custom MCP connectors, available on paid plans).

2. Choose Create (custom connector) and enter:

   • Name: Monita
   • MCP server URL: https://api.monita.ai/mcp
   • Authentication: OAuth

3. ChatGPT opens Monita’s sign-in and consent screen — sign in and pick the organizations to grant.

4. In a chat, add Monita from the connectors menu and try: “What are my worst issues this week?”

API-key alternative

If your ChatGPT workspace configures connectors with API keys instead of OAuth, create a key at Settings → API keys and supply Authorization: Bearer ak_…. Keys act as the user who created them.

What to try first

• “Use Monita to check whether our GA4 volumes are anomalous this week.”
• “List Monita issues assigned to compliance and draft an email summary.”
• “Run a deep-research report on our tag health trends using Monita data.”
